Verification information
Students have to succeed in the pancyprian examinations. The examination service of the Ministry of Education and Culture is responsible for the preparation and exam correction.
Comments/Additional Information
Students have to succeed in the final year exams of the 11 (between 11 and 13) subjects that they follow at during the secondary school years.
Subject: in order to be admitted to higher education institutions, students have to succeed in at least 4 subjects. Matematics and Greek are compulsory for every student who has to choose other 2 or 3 subjects relevant to the programme he/she interested in following in a higher education institution.
Grading system: a scale from 1 (low) to 20 (high).
Awarding period: May/June and the end of June for the second session of exams.
